I always suggest an introductory session where we can explore together what it is you would like help with. We can then decide how to move forward and what sort of therapy would suit you best. Some clients/couples come to work with me on a particular issue for a few sessions, others want to come for more in depth counselling and it varies, depending on your needs.


Most people have counselling until they feel they have resolved something satisfactory within themselves.
