There are often times in people’s lives when they feel unable to cope. At some point, most people will feel depressed and anxious, alone and challenged by life’s circumstances. We desperately try to cope, sometimes not really understanding what is happening. For some, memories of the past, painful events in the present and worries about the future may mean they cannot enjoy life or achieve their aims.


Counselling provides an opportunity to share problems with someone who is trained and skilled in listening; a sanctuary to enable you to explore your anxieties and feelings. It allows space to express feelings about oneself and relationships with others in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
